Generated accurate financial statements and analysis for group (Washington State) with 55–60 branches and sales of $140M annually. Calculated employees’ commission pay; conducted branch audits; managed monthly A/R balances; prepared fixed asset schedules; managed cash balances for optimal returns; performed variance analysis; performed all accounting functions per GAAP; and prepared yearly pro forma P&Ls.
