I had the pleasure of working with Lance while with Federal-Mogul Motorparts. Lance played a key role in the distribution of forwardly-deployed inventory for a portfolio of premium automotive and heavy-duty aftermarket product lines. In addition to managing the distribution facility, inventory, sales, shipping capabilities and staff, he supported the launch and ongoing deployment of the Garage Gurus technician training and educational programs in a state-of-the-art, onsite training facility. Lance is exceptionally talented and has built relationships with, and the trust of, our largest distribution channel customers while treating everyone from senior executives to delivery drivers with genuine respect. In addition to his daily responsibilities, he independently developed an inventory optimization application that integrated multiple databases to provided real-time sales, inventory and restocking reports. Lance is a wonderful person to work with and I can recommend him to any prospective employer.
