Lance is someone that I highly respect. He is someone that I learned so much from. He cares deeply about people's careers and makes sure that his employees are well cared for. Lance expects great results from his staff but no more than he demands from himself. He works closely with his team and makes sure that they are successful. Lance has the great ability of making his staff laugh even on the hardest days. Lance is someone that I would be honored to work for again. Bottom line...he is THE BEST!

Lance Speck is a professional in every way. We worked together on our software needs while I was with Paradigm and his knowledge of the subject is very impressive. Lance is my go to guy in many ways and he has my complete trust.

After 20+ years in tech, I decided to start my own business doing something I love. We started Bohemian Barbecue in 2015 and developed relationships that allowed us to grow significantly every year since. While we are very proud of our annual growth and the quality of our product, we are even more proud of the people we've hired. It's the people at Bohemian that make it what it is. After 20 years in various software roles and alot of time on planes and in conference rooms, I've decided to stay closer to home and closer to the people that I love and do something that I love. We formed BBQ4Good to use our skills and capacity to cook delicious food on a large scale with little notice. Locally, BBQ4Good has devoted its energy to passionately serving our community by feeding and serving those in need. We are working with several organizations and are working to get on the RedCross list to be on a call list when they need immediate assistance. At the national level, BBQ4Good seeks to achieve a world that is free of MS by sponsoring and supporting the Multiple Sclerosis Society and helping to raise funding and awareness through our BBQ. We are a platinum sponsor at the MS150, which raised over $20m annually. What specific organizations are we already working with? Today we work to raise money for the Multiple Sclerosis Society and are Platinim sponsors of their MS150 race (www.ms150.org), Operation Turkey (www.operationturkey.com), Prevent Child Abuse America (http://www.preventchildabuse.org/), the Center for Child Protection (http://www.centerforchildprotection.org/), Farmgrass (www.farmgrass.org), Without Regrets (www.withoutregrets.org), and Houston Hospice (www.houstonhospice.org).
