All good account managers are great at working with the client. Great account managers are also good at working with the internal departments. Then there is Lance. Lance stays current in emergent technology & strategy and uses it to see the bigger picture for both the agency and the client. Above all, he's simply great to have in the office. He's a wonderful team member as well as project manager.

The possibility of working with talented people is often desired. The opportunity to work with those who are equally pleasant is few and far between. Yet, Lance possesses both of these traits and brings them to work with him each and every day. When I started working with Lance, the duplication of passion within marketing, in which I also feel, brought a sense of fulfillment. Every day he questioned how we worked, what we did, and what was at the best of interests for our client. This is something a strategist both respects and appreciates. Additionally, Lance is the definition of positive corporate culture. He provides a positive presence within the workplace, and in the community. If I could fill an agency full of Lance's... the competition would buckle. No doubt in my mind.
