Lance and I started working at ThinkSales at roughly the same time and during our onboarding, I remember being very impressed by his ability to quickly grasp new concepts and to offer interesting perspectives on the material. Throughout the course of our working relationship he would come to demonstrate those same capabilities time and again when we where engaging with prospects and clients. Lance would always ensure that he had a deep understanding of a client’s business to offer them new ways of looking at old problems and to co-create solutions with the maximum value add. As a manager to his team, I often observed Lance to go the extra mile and to support his team in any way he could to help them reach their goals. I regard Lance as being a very dedicated, self motivated and methodical individual. I really enjoyed working with him and would love to do so again in the future.
