Under my guidance, GTS experienced substantial growth and expanded its reach, currently managing an impressive portfolio of 50 programs, positively impacting the lives of 800 individual students on an annual basis.One of my significant contributions during this period was my active involvement in fundraising efforts. Recognizing the importance of financial support for sustaining GTS's mission, I successfully assisted in securing many donations/grants from local companies. These funds played a critical role in ensuring the continuity of our programs within the Coeur d'Alene School District, allowing us to operate after-school programs regardless of district or state funding.   -Advocated and implemented advisory breaks to improve student-teacher relations -Worked to create CHS a more inclusive and inviting space for all -Changed policy to include punishment for hate speech and an inclusive dress code I passionately dedicated my efforts towards enhancing and nurturing the mental and emotional well-being of students in the Coeur d'Alene District and throughout Idaho High Schools. Through my role, I successfully spearheaded initiatives that positively impacted student-teacher relationships and facilitated a supportive environment for their growth. One of my notable achievements was the successful implementation of advisory periods, which played a crucial role in fostering stronger bonds between students and teachers. By creating dedicated time slots within the school day, students had the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions, receive guidance, and develop a sense of belonging.
