I am responsible for training of lab personnel, enforcing safety policies, working with vendors to ensure rapid troubleshooting on equipment repairs, scheduling preventative maintenance, as well as coordinating emerging equipment and technology demonstrations. I oversee root cause analysis report submissions and resolutions, ensure all SOP are current and accurate, responsible for inventory and the ordering of common lab supplies.
