* Facilitated the discussion and contributed to advocacy work on labor and employment regulations. * Co-author of HR and Training Chapter of Whitebook - Trade/Investment Issues & Recommendation 2015-2018 Editions, EuroCham. * Supported and participated the preparation of negotiation and implementation of the Vietnam - European Union (EU) Free Trade Agreement (FTA), specifically the matters related to Labor issues in Vietnam. The EuroCham Human Resources and Training Sector Committee (HR&T SC) is a key Sector Committee under EuroCham. The HR&T SC aims to be the voice of EuroCham members on human resources and training issues in Vietnam. Since its establishment, HR&T SC has engaged with key stakeholders such as the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA), the International Labour Organisation (ILO), the Vietnam Business Forum (VBF), as well as the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). In this interaction, HR&T SC's mission focuses on bringing Sector Committee members' concerns and recommendations to the Government; but also to raise awareness and provide updates to the EuroCham community at large on outstanding changes related to labour legislation. The key interests of HR&T SC include subleasing, work permits and immigration, overtime, probation, and social security, among others.
