1. Payroll and PIT: - Check timesheets, days off, annual leave,... - Calculate payroll, and bonuses of monthly blocks. - Process and ensure the accuracy of payroll processing and timely payment of payroll. - Review bank accounts and develop payroll transfer lists for employees. - Provide monthly payslips and feedback, and answer employees' questions regarding timesheets, wages and bonuses. - Liaise with PIT authorities to register family deductions, personal tax code, PIT finalization. 2. SHUI and MSIG Health care: - Monitor social insurance payments and manage insurance claims in a timely manner (maternity, sickness, ...) when arising. - Follow up monthly SHUI calculation, declaration and payment to align with payroll and SHUI report. - Execute periodic increase and decrease in Social Insurance. - Claim from MSIG in case of employee accidents. 3. Recruitment and database management: - Check recruitment requirements, and process: Job posting, CV screening, phone interview - Schedule interviews and send interview results. - Create codes in the system for new employees. - Handle administrative tasks: updating candidate information, creating contracts, and managing personnel files. - Orient new employees on company rules and regulations. - Track and maintain the HR database of all employee records. 4. Employee Relation: - Drafting, monitoring and reminding the expiration of evaluation contracts. - Resolve, and instruct employees on resignation procedures and leave interviews - Work with Department Managers to solve issues when they arise. 5. Others: - Drafts personnel-related decision-making documents such as appointments, discipline - Handle all tasks related to expatriate work permits, visas, and TRC. - Provide support in company events: YEP, birthday parties. - Process related HR payments according to company procedures and systems. - Follow up and execute employee-related procedures (birthdays, funerals, weddings, sickness, etc.).
