I couldn't give a stronger recommendation to Lamiya! She is very intelligent and an eloquent communicator, which has quickly earned the admiration and respect of co-workers and customers. This was her first role in the medical device industry and she completely dedicated herself to learning every aspect of our technology, both clinical and commercial. She has very quickly gained expertise and the trust of our stakeholders, and most importantly, handled tough situations with our most prominent customers with poise. She goes above and beyond her job responsibilities and has made outsized contributions to our business in many ways.

It was a great pleasure to have Lamiya in the Global Medical Innovation program at Rice University. My first introduction to Lamiya was when I took her MBE cohort to Costa Rica and co-taught a Biodesign class with Rice and Costa Rican graduate students. Lamiya's global perspective, adaptability to new cultures and professionalism set her apart. She worked collaboratively with the Costa Rican students to develop a novel concept for a vaginal speculum. During her time at Rice, she has always demonstrated leadership and the ability to tackle any problem creatively while building strategic partnerships and impressing stakeholders along the way. I have no doubt that Lamiya will positively impact any organization and I give her my highest recommendation as a future leader in medical technology.
