Starting from 2014 April, I have worked at Huawei Technologies Yangon Co,ltd as a BSS back office and Mobile Money Engineer for Ooredoo and MPT project. I am a technical support engineer for Contact Center of both Ooredoo and MPT since the beginning their Contact Centers launch. During my technical support engineer of Contact Center, I have supported a lot of technical and business requirement for contact center. Such as. - Call Center agent work force management. - IVR (interactive voice response) and ACD (Automatic call distribution) design and enhancements to support first call resolution for the complaint. - Service Level agreement design for each complaint. - Integration with third party system like telecom business support system ( CRM, CBS, EVC, UVC, etc) and Core Network for the resolution of call center complaint. - Data analysis for contact center calls, complaint and SLA. - Call reason and trouble ticket management. - Knowledge Base system management. - Agent KPI management. - Desktop and IT infrastructure management. and so on. Currently I am working for MPT Mobile Money Project as Back Office Engineer. I am supporting technical maintenance such as - Trouble shooting mobile money transaction such as Cash In, Cash Out, Airtime Top-up. - Configuration for incentive and award and Charging method for SP(service providers and agents). - Agent, User, SP trends analysis. - Infrastructure maintenance such as Database, server and storage etc. I have worked as BSS back engineer as well in Huawei for CRM, CBS, PRM. I have also worked as OSS engineer for ooredoo BSS and IT network. I am very familiar with ITIL process such as Incident management, Change Management and Problem management. Show less
