- Provide customer assistance and guidance around the city - Advice customers regarding tours, museums & activities around the city - Execute sales to large tourist groups - Handle customer complaints during times of transportation delays - Gather trip-advisor reviews from customers - Biggest accomplishment during my time at RedBuses, involved finding a lost backpack that had important personal belongings and documents and returning it back to the customer who was in rush to go back to the cruise with his family. I had to contact all the RedBus drivers in the city and identify if the lost bag could be found in one of the buses. The story, fortunately had a very happy ending and the customer left a review on trip advisor.
