  Designed the approach and developed a replicable project, now a yearly project for ACMED. Led the collection of funds and donations for a rural orphanage (350 children) and a partner hospital in Meknes. Worked with the AMAED, a Moroccan based support organisation for diabetic children helping 1500 children gaining access to medication, education, supporting their families and advocating in rural areas. Coordinated and led 10 youths (aged 17-23), from a disadvantaged urban neighbourhood of Montpellier involved in the development of the project. Facilitated dialogue between ACMED, the neighbouring community and local duty bearers and organisations such as the Moroccan Consul, Mayoral delegates and regional youth groups. Worked with local organisations and councils to secure funding through project proposals and presentations to funding committees. Managed to secure €4,000 towards the project.
