Having previously worked closely with Lama on the Social Systems Team at Pulse Lab Jakarta, I can confirm that she was a meticulous researcher and cared a great deal about the quality of her work. Lama's expertise in design research was grounded in strong ethical principles and careful consideration for the people she designed for. As an avid learner, she always went the extra mile and found great ways to connect dots and effectively solve problems. Lama's strong analytical skill and critical inputs were what behind our research plans, data synthesis, literature review and insights brainstorm session. On top of that, I am also most grateful to have a colleague that constantly build and encourage a supportive, empowering, growth environment to her team. I had the greatest pleasure to work with her, and I strongly recommend Lama to be an invaluable addition to any team

Lama is an amazing contributor to a product team: adding value at every step and doing the legwork to truly understand that jobs that products really need to do in order to achieve user goals. During her tenure at Sift Lama led client interviews, developed a clear picture of client pain points, researched the competitive landscape and look at how apps in very different sectors approached the challenges our product was looking to solve. She led research into technical aspects of survey design and development and created a novel method of explaining to our users (and product team!) her recommendations. Perhaps most importantly, Lama was a joy to have on the team. We were lucky to have her as part of our team, and I am sure that whomever she works with in the future will have a similar experience.
