Part of the “Lean Center” for supply chain as a result of CCR’s reorganization and re-franchising plans. Primary role is to develop logistics planning capabilities in the decentralized operating units. Developed and delivered analysis models and workshops to the new operating units which included strategic sourcing, manufacturing run strategy analysis and inventory policy.

Group Director: Transportation, Planning & Warehouse Center of Excellence

Established a Center of Excellence for Transportation, Supply Planning and Warehouse. Responsible for supporting the people, process and technology in those functions across CCR. The CoE team was responsible for providing business expertise and systems support as well as application to business process. Scope included mid to long term sourcing and strategic planning, production planning, distribution planning and purchasing, transportation and supply chain operations within facilities.

Region Director Supply Planning

Responsible for the Supply Planning functions in the South region including strategic sourcing, production planning, and purchasing, deployment, and lifecycle management. Many of the processes and tools developed by our South team have been adopted as best practice standards across the company.
