Advising Companies in preparation and finalization of statutory documentation under Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 and represented them before BIFR and AAIFR as well as advised them from time to time on strategic issues related to hearings before the BIFR and AAIFR. Appreciated by World Bank for contribution on its high profile Project “Doing Business 2009” for collecting information and data from various metropolitan cities in India on all legal and regulatory issues to measure business regulation and the protection of property rights and their effect on businesses, especially small and medium-size domestic firms for purpose of comparing business regulations in developed and developing economies of the world.
