  Chairperson-Chemistry Division Teach biochemistry, biophysical, general and forensic chemistry. Administrative and Supervision: Oversee St Cloud State University radiation safety program and administer grants. Supervise teaching assistants, undergraduate and graduate students, post doctoral fellows and research scientists. Seek funding and host chemistry and biotechnology based workshops. Curriculum development: Develop course curriculum as related to biochemistry, biotechnology, and forensic sciences. Grants: Write proposals to seek funding for research projects. Research: Pursue research in the areas of anticancer drug development, genomics and proteomics of anticancer drug resistant cell models, toxicology of ethylene glycol ethers and single-step cellulosic ethanol production. Publish research papers. Collaboration: Seek and establish internal and external research and curricular collaborations. Student advising as related research, majors, professional schools, curriculum transfers and careers in science.
