Also responsible for evaluation of site staff’s compliance with company and legal regulations including Medicaid fraud and abuse, and professional development and learning opportunity write-ups. I served as the primary contact for parents/guardians, health care professionals, and case managers for all clients at my site. I also coordinated annual client right-restriction meetings, site-staff meetings, guardian meetings, and shadowing/manager training schedules for new staff assigned to my site. Finally, it was the responsibility of the Site Services Manager to physically work any un-filled shifts at sites within the assigned caseload; therefore, positive relationships and thorough shadowing/training was essential for staff retention.
