  My job duties include: Answering incoming calls in a fast paced environment. Calls range from Doctors, Nurses, Patients, and Family members. I am responsible to route calls to the appropriate parties. Job duties also include compiling and distributing a On Call Sheet which informs all Staff members what Doctors are on call. If there are any changes in staff, my job is to update that document.
