Mo Anwar
I have had the pleasure of working with Laith at Mercer on numerous projects where his strong BA and PM skills were vital to the projects assigned. He is definitely one of the most reliable people I have worked with in my life. With each assigned project he proved to be extremely effective at managing the project deliverables and often went above and beyond by suggesting effective process improvements to the PMO process. Laith is very easy to work with and his strong analytical skills were always an asset to the project.

Laith is an energetic, consensus building Program Manager who has embraced the DART transition from functional management to establishment of the Program Management Office. As the Program Lead for Eastern Canada, Laith has spearheaded the establishment of integrated project teams in the Ontario and Quebec offices of DART Aerospace. In addition to integrating program operations within the DART enterprise (engineering, certification, manufacturing, marketing, sales, customer support, quality), Laith has successfully incorporated DART’s partners in Canada, the United States, and Europe into the IPTs, leading to the development of on time, on budget, high quality products. Laith is also instrumental in mentoring program and engineering personnel in program management best practices, greatly increasing understanding of PMI PMBOK methodology and practices while boosting program team efficiencies. His efforts are directly responsible for the recovery and positive completion of five projects during his first six months in this position. Laith is well versed in both traditional and agile project management techniques and manages a complex portfolio of aerospace R&D projects that range from landing gear to safety equipment to aircraft interiors. His flexibility and adaptability allow him to adjust his management tools and techniques as needed to achieve program goals in the most efficient way possible. I highly recommend Laith for increasingly challenging program manager roles in the aerospace community.
