EIT Climate-KIC is the EU’s climate innovation initiative. The Systems Innovation Learning Partnership (SILP) is a community of systems innovation practitioners with the aim of collaborative learning in building the mindsets, skills, tools and capabilities needed to foster systemic change. The initiative is founded by EIT Climate-KIC and the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida), and centres around a group of experiments as well as a series of learning sessions and labs that support the partnership and community to learn, practice and test out systems innovation approaches. I take part in the following SILP initiatives: Challenge Labs, Experimentation Fund, Learning Festival. Activities: • Support and help coordinate SILP's learning activities; • Helping to plan/design workshops or other sessions; • Supporting project management, development, delivery and implementation; • Supporting the coordination of grant-making processes and data management; • Researching organisations globally who could potentially become collaborators or partners; • Developing social media content about learning activities.
