I had the chance to see Lais growing into the woman and professional she is today. Commitment and dedication are the key words to describe her modus operandi at work. So far, I've seen her achieve every goal she set to herself and I have no doubts she would do this for any company that would be lucky enough to have her. I not only recommend her work as I also congratulate her for it. Best of luck to you, Lais.

As a member of the Leaders of Tomorrow Operations Committee, I had the privilege of getting to work with Lais. Lais has proven time after time she has the natural talent on leadership. Her leadership skills tell me she is going to be one of the next "Leaders of Tomorrow." Her time to committed to the project has been highly noticed and I am always grateful that she is here for us. Without her, I would not know if the project can be completed without her motivation, determination and the hunger to get the tasks done on time. If your company needs the next leader for your projects, I would gladly select Lais to be your next project leader.
