At KOACORE, I execute all of the logistical actions related to our deployment of resources, monitor our project management systems, and play a critical role in shaping our internal and operations strategy. I work closely with co-founders Robert Skoda and Teddy Raskin to discuss and execute new company initiatives, manage project budgets, and recruit talented operators into our ecosystem of services. I continuously expanded my operational skill set at Growth Capital Services by spearheading our annual compliance training program for 150 of our sales representatives. As a back-office compliance solutions company, our compliance training was critical to the success and reputation of our business. In addition to overseeing our compliance systems, I also handled payroll, billing, accounting, and tax reporting. I was able to continue expanding my domain of business responsibilities at Conscious Leadership Group (CLG). Over the course of 5 years, I played a key role in facilitating a 3x growth of our workforce by leading the operations, payroll, human resources, and technical legal departments. I oversaw and approved the yearly operating budgets, actively managed payroll/hiring processes, and worked with vendors to facilitate legal clearances for filing trademarks. Ahkeo Ventures served as a larger umbrella for a variety of different ventures, including Ahkeo Electric and Interactive Organics. I was able to take responsibility for a larger breadth of responsibilities, playing a fundamental role in accounting, budgeting, logistics, business operations, and strategic development. Ahkeo Ventures also was where I was fortunate enough to meet the current President of KOACORE, Bobby Skoda. Similar to Nyree, I also took on iTeam Solutions as part of my book of business where I worked with the CEO for two years to help him set up a remote inbounding system for tech support. I was tasked with vetting, setting up, and managing tech support for 4 different companies that ran support lines 24/7. I also put in operational systems surrounding automated billing, marketing budgets, and new business acquisition techniques. After four years of honing my operations skills at the DOD, I decided to leverage my experience to open a freelance book of business helping companies with their operational needs. Nyree Press is a publishing company based in Dallas, predominantly publishing Christian Books and Children Books. I helped the CEO resource editors for their publications and augment the approval systems for manuscript approvals to improve efficiency and system design. Working for our nation’s largest employer, I formalized budgeting approvals and orchestrated deliveries to ensure that our servicemen and women received the necessary resources to perform at the highest level. I primarily dealt with the DOD Air FForce Armies, JSOC, and the STAR Committee to supervise their budget purchases. On top of that, I was responsible for running the squadron’s booster club, which also helped raise money for active military service people. I was able to put on an event that tripled the donations generated from the 1st year.
