I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with Lain in the formulation of AllCampus’ Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s). Our ERG’s are voluntary, employee-led groups whose aim is to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with the organizations they serve. Lain has been a true asset while supporting & leading, Strength In She. This group is devoted to supporting our talented Women here at AllCampus. Thanks for all you do, have done, and will do!

Lain Van Buskirk is the Sales & Marketing Director for The Cottages of New Lenox. As the acting Executive Director for this community the past few years I professionally partnered with Lain. I found Lain to be steadfast in all she pursued on a daily and weekly basis. Lain is self-managed and is a true leader in staying in her sales and marketing lane, while simultaneously coordinating with department directors and outreach partners. Lain brings the community to life from the first time a prospect touched the community, to moving a loved one in. Lain has a personality that is down to earth, listens and overall meets peoples needs based on individualism. So many people compliment Lain as the reason they moved their loved one in to The Cottages of New Lenox.
