  Designing staff recruitment's concept and held together with vice chairman. Before open the recruitment together with vice chairman , we made grand design of MSDM (Human Resource Management). During a whole year we monitor staff's condition and develop staff's skills by upgradding staff event called "Start -Up" and "Level-Up". At the end of the year we will make a report for each staff based on their developments in the whole year.

  RevoU is an online education platform transforming the state of higher education in Indonesia.The internship progam was held by Kemdikbud called "Kampus Merdeka".This progam asked me to work in a team consist of 13 peoples come from various Uni and background. I personaly so glad to become part of this progam, i could learn many subject outside of my field. In this RevoU I learned all these modules: 1. Software Engineering (Front end, HTML, CSS, Javascript. etc) 2. Product Management (Market Sizing, Product Development, etc) 3. Data Analytics (Data analysis method, Data Visualization, etc) 4. Digital Marketing (Social Media, Content Marketing, etc) 5.   At my 6th semester i decided to become assistant lecture called Statistic Computation. This subject is combined of two modules, these are computation and statistic . At this occasion I'm accompanied by mbak Febriola Rania Trihelmina, a Graduate Statistic student. Just like my previous experience as assistant lecture in Computer Programming our task are prepare the material for each week, review the previous materials. give the student some quiz and test, and last make the final report. If Computer Programming is a subject for freshman student, then Statistic Computation for sophomore. The media that we used in Computation are R studio and Macro Minitab, while for lecturing we used PPT and white board as our media. And of course once again this job help me improve my public speaking and my networking. Show less

  It was our first offline semester after 2 years covid-19. Me and my friend Deyyana aulia decided to implement what we studied in 2nd semester ,Pemrogaman Komputer, by teaching the freshman Statistic students. We believe by teaching beside could help the junior we also become more understood the subject. And it did. It was a very fun experience, every week we prepare the material through power point and it also help our public speaking so well.
