  In 2014, I worked as a Soft Skills Trainer assistant on the Young Rangers Program at Microsoft Egypt. The Young Rangers Program is an intensive six months - ofwhich i worked for 3 months- internship program through which fresh graduates masters the steps of the technical sales career with both of its technical and business aspects. I was responsible of planning, organising, delivering, and evaluating the sessions of the young Omani fresh graduates each week. It was very challenging field, where I needed to modify the content and even the activities to tackle the participants’ areas of focus. Moreover, the Cultural differences can be challenging as well.
