I have had a pleasure of knowing Ms. Laila Degia for last two years since I moved to Terraces Condominium at Dover, Barbados in 2020. She has been working as Property Manager with Blue Sky Luxury/ Terra Caribbean for last six years. Laila has been taking care of overall management of my rental condominium along with many other properties in Barbados. Laila is diligent, organized, reliable and a kind individual. Laila has been almost always first point of contact for me and my family in case of any need. Laila possesses exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational as well as administration skills. Ms. Degia has natural ability to instantly connect with clients and business associates and leave upon an everlasting impression. While we had some challenges with condo maintenance; Laila instantly paid attention and got all the matters resolved withing three days. I appreciate her calm and confident approach to deal with situation at hand and her excellent problem-solving skills. During the Christmas 2021 holiday, we were away from Barbados for about a month and I requested Laila to facilitate house cleaning. Laila made necessary arrangement and then she sent me confirmation of ‘it’s done!’ a day before our return. I have found Laila to be always a step ahead and well planned- we feel grateful to her for alerting us for the matters such as bill payments, water outages, extreme weather conditions, ash fall precautions, property maintenance notifications, and many more. How impressive is that! I wish Laila a good luck for her future endeavors!
