• Increased revenue for the Creative Services Department by 594% YOY (Q1 2020 vs Q1 2021). • Manage a robust design team of independent contributors, while rounding out the department as a senior-level contributor the team's output and production levels. Lead by example. • Support Jameson Sotheby's International Brand across multiple touch points- heavily involved in company, development and agent programming, branding and promotional campaigns. • Developed a in-depth marketing plan to grow and increase engagement across our social channels. Produced a Social Media Style Guide to align our thematic content, and developed content pillars to move our programming from a weekly production to a full yearly mapped calendar. Formed a team within the CS department to focus on social media as a core initiative, and lead this team in weekly meetings and analytical check-ins to track growth and set KPIs. Grew our Instagram presence by 25% YOY, grew our Pinterest following by 15.1k monthly views, produced and published an in-house blog to close the loop on our content creation. Worked with the team to produce unique, on-brand, content exclusives for our agents to utilize and share with their sphere. Established best practices for social media and lead trainings for agents and staff on how to use this marketing resource with success. • Produce IMAGINE Magazine in both digital and print issues, with all supporting marketing collateral, including a fresh campaign aesthetic for our digital ads and motion design. The magazine has a wide distribution reach, due to a robust media plan supporting this publication, and is inserted into local magazines Modern Luxury CS and NS. • Produce Market Snapshot monthly with the Marketing Team as a whole to highlight market trends by area throughout Chicagoland, assist with copywriting to produce analytical insights into the data, and lead INDD production of the reports, with the summary spanning 200 pages and 14 areas. Planned key marketing directives for the year, identify trends within the food and beverage industry, and opportunities for growth within the subscription/delivery model. Created product launch timelines and corresponding advertising campaigns to generate excitement surrounding new releases. As Creative Director, I created everything from concept sketches to pixel perfect execution. I also hired, trained and managed our team of designers, while ensuring assets were on-brand, and delivered on time. Produced all the set designs for the editorial photography, as well as oversaw photography and editing of images for final print and web use. Storyboarded and created stop motion animations for large brand clients, with GIFs as part of their campaigns.Redesigned our e-commerce website from 2014, creating wireframes and prototypes, while closely working with our Developers to implement a ground-up rebuild of our site. Constantly reviewing analytics and heat-map reports to continually improve UX and modify pages as needed to improve the consumer journey and functionality. Oversaw strategic brand partnerships with large national brand partners like Diageo, Don Julio, Ketel One, Emmys, Bliss skincare, Hennessy, Opening Ceremony, ComplexCon, Zola weddings, Homepolish, Seedlip, and more. Used both Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create new designs and refresh our back catalog for new seasons. Created original illustrations and designs for all major holidays - Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving - as well as some smaller card giving days like Halloween, Boss's Day and Grandparents Day. Worked with my Art Director to meet buyer demands and to create card lines that were both on trend as well as appealing to our typical customer. Responsible for preparation for print production using Adobe InDesign, including laying out graphics and type, separate files for print, creating dielines, and create card mock ups and apply handmade treatments.
