Quickly promoted after only 4 months of employment. I was a go-to person on 3rd shift, becoming a Jack-of-all-trades. I helped train all levels of employees, from stockers to salaried management. When promoted to Team Leader on the Modular Team, we were continuously able to complete the work expected of a team two to three times our size in the same amount of time, or less. After moving to 1st shift to become the Department Manager for the Domestics area, I revamped the inventory and back-stock process and improved the sales of the department to a record high for the department in that store.
