  As mentor I arranged HEI Community of Practice (CoP) sessions with allocated groups of students in the Advanced Diploma in School Leadership and Management. My role was mainly to facilitate the discussions according to the requirements of modules of the programme for 2022. I conducted site visits at 22 schools to provide on-site support with individual students to discuss contextual needs to improve learner performance in Primary and Secondary/High Schools in various education districts in the Western Cape. Students must identify, conceptualise, draft and present a final workplace project based on identified learner performance needs within their contexts. I assessed formal assessments and WPP proposals for approval. In February 2023 I will conduct a guest lecture on Module 3 Leading and managing extra-curricular and co-curricular activities; a module that I was contracted by SAIDE to write for the Department of Basic Education (DBE) in 2019.
