Direct responsibility for day to day operations of the Living Room, a mental health crisis support center, including developing structure and policies/procedures, scheduling staff, evaluating program effectiveness based on grant objectives and organizational expectations, and establishing a plan for growth. Direct responsibility for day to day operations of a federally funded outreach program serving people who are experiencing homelessness including developing program structure, scheduling staff, monitoring program outcomes based on grant deliverables, and establishing a plan for growth. Seek to build expertise in outreach and crisis intervention method and philosophy in order to establish effective program structure and provide guidance to the organization as necessary. Ensure staff receive appropriate training based on their program roles and their desired development.
