• I'm responsible for scaling and managing a software engineering team based in Prague, for a US based startup.



• Founder of the consulting company Zone 42 s.r.o. Area of services covers everything from start to finish of the software development life cycle, with specialisation on FrontEnd architecture and project management and Agile processes.



• Big international project for one of the biggest concrete producer in the world Cemex. I was responsible for agile planning and risk management(selecting the best approach to solve new user stories), improving the codebase with refactoring and writing new logic modules (for example feature toggle middleware, dynamic data filtering) and enforcing best coding practices. Most of my code was written with functional programming approach



• Project lead for 2 projects, technical consultant on many others. PL responsibilities included communication with clients, sprint planning, code & pull requests reviews and API architecture design. My coding responsibilities were focused on complicated components and business-data logic



• Designing, coding and leading development of LifeRay theme, living styleguide and live-documentation. Used in various O2 portals (OneCRM, O2 business, O2 intranet, etc..) and projects. Design & development of complete automatic CI stack - testing, builds, documentation generator and examples - using GitLab & Gitlab-CI, NPM and PatternLab.



• Designing & developing complex UI framework based on Atomic Design principles for medicinal data sharing & collaboration web application. I was also responsible for connecting UI library patterns and templates into our own proprietary MVC framework and porting the WebApp to iOS with the Cordova wrapper. Used technologies: - HTML5 - CSS3 with LESS - JavaScript - Custom JS based MVC framework - Mustache templating engine - Atomic Design approach - Cordova
