My duties included: - Managing venue IT managers to plan and execute venue IT implementation and installation for the PyeongChang 2018 winter Olympic Games. - Roaming to venues to check progress of device installation and support if there were issues. - Use IT monitoring tools to track and check device integrity once implementation was completed. - Coordination of software deployment to devices at venue level - Confirm that quality assurance processes have been correctly followed to guarantee that the IT at the venues has been correctly setup and ready for handover to appropriate functional areas.
