LaChelle and I worked together during my first year at Junior Achievement. Working with LaChelle was a transformative experience. She led our team with the StrenghtsQuest philosophy, and it offered transparency that made for a seamless transition onto the team as a new person. I enjoyed how she gave me the tools necessary to quickly understand and execute my role. At the same time, LaChelle genuinely made me feel like I could reach out at any time with questions, and I knew I would leave the meeting feeling empowered and well informed. She was patient, direct, and tactful in ways I hadn’t previously experienced all while having this infectious positive disposition. I was truly lucky to have the opportunity to work with LaChelle, and I wish her the best!

I had the pleasure of being on the board at Junior Achievement and working along side LaChelle. She is a passionate, respected nonprofit leader who puts her heart in everything she touches. Her passion for JA inspired me and so many others to serve along side her to elevate JA in the Twin Cities area. She leads with integrity, compassion and grit in all her work and I am so thankful for time we worked together. She would be an asset to any organization!
