Over my time with Tradex I have worked in several positions within the claims team. When I first joined the company I took general enquiry calls for the own damage claims team, I then quickly moved to windscreen claims where I dealt with the claims themselves and had the opportunity to visit several windscreen companies and negotiate a price structure with the companies. I then moved on to the own damage claims team as a claims handler where I handled our own policy holder claims including repairs, total losses, thefts and fires. From there I then took over the fleet liaison role where I handled the fleet claims, invited renewals and liaised with our large fleet policy holders regarding their policies.
