  The Truman Library Institute is the member-supported, nonprofit partner of the Harry S. Truman Library and Museum, one of 14 presidential libraries of the National Archives. As Director of Communications I oversaw all marketing and communications, including serving as editor of TRU Magazine, managing the website, promoting events and public programs, designing and strategizing advertisements, managing social media and more. I coordinated communications for a successful $30 million capital campaign and led media relations to announce the capital project, which resulted in coverage by all major local media outlets and a range of regional and national outlets.
