I had the pleasure of working with Lisa Bonner for a little over 8 years. We were able to build a company from $4 million to over $25 million in a little over 5 years and Lisa was intricate part of RPP being able to accomplish that in such a short period of time. Lisa had such a great positive attitude towards everything she addressed and was a problem solver. She ran our Customer Service Team with brilliant results and a reputation for an industry leading group. It was a big part on why we were able to grow our business so quickly and didn't lose customers once landed. Lisa also was exceptional in the handling and developing her people into some of the best customer service personnel in our industry. Lisa's day in and day out motivation to get better and hold herself to the highest standard was reflected in our sales results and happy customers. Lisa was promoted after Pregis bought out RPP because of her excellent track record and outstanding reputation for being customer centric. Pregis used Lisa as a role model to train new CSR employees and built a world class CSR team. I would give Lisa the highest of recommendations and am confident that I would not have been able to meet our lofty sales goals at Pregis/RPP without her stellar support and performance.
