Notifies the surgeon and anesthesiologist immediately of any unusual symptoms manifestedby patients like increase or decrease in urine output, sudden rise in temperature andsymptoms of impending shock.6. Keeps accurate and detailed charting for each patient.7. Meets psychological needs of patients and their families by reassurance and assistance.8. Notifies nursing units before transferring a patient to his/her unit and endorses thepatient carefully to the unit nurse.
