As the Luxury Apartments Customer Service Advisor, I interact directly with potential, new and existing clients to ensure their stay is and will be as comfortable as possible.Dealing with a range of customers on a daily basis and handling anything from general enquiries to complaints either over the phone, online or preferably face-to-face.My favourite part of this job is meeting and greeting our clients when they arrive at the properties, whether this is to check-in or to conduct a viewing. It's always lovely to put a face to the name and to spend time with them.I have also recently taken on the role of Business Development, this includes attending networking events, meeting potential clintele and having one to one meetings.
