Peer Advisors provide valuable mentoring to our incoming First-Year Students during New Student Orientation and throughout the academic year.-I was selected to be a Peer Advisor for 3 years at Trinity. As a Peer Advisor, I mentored incoming first-year students, helped them move in on their first day of college, and interacted with new students and their families.   Peer Tutors provide individual and small group assistance to Trinity students in the Tutoring Center as well as in select labs, study hall, and help sessions. Tutors help their peers learn skills and concepts needed to succeed in courses.-In order to become a Peer Tutor, I had to complete a training course, Effective Peer Tutoring, to become a tutor. As a Peer Tutor, I tutored college students in French and various math courses, including Finite Math and Statistics.
