Since employed as a Outbound loader in 2001 while in still in high school. Loading 3 to 4 trucks a day and being promoted to an Unloader where I unloaded 7 loads going out. I was quickly promoted my 2nd year in college to a Training Supervisor, where I would train new employees how to load and unload. This would be challenging for some that have never left up to 50 pounds. All associates trained unloaded a pph of 1100 out of 850 being the average. Promoted 5 months after that to a inbound Supervisor where I was responsible for more than 15 loads to be unloaded and packages passed through the outbound going out. I was able to over achieve 15 and u load 20 loads a day. I was honored most valuable player 7 years in a row. From 2005 to 2012. Show less
