I had privilege to work with Lisa in various projects. She is very passionate and well organized, with a strong analyzing and administration skills. She is also an avid learner, very open and willing to grow. She is a great team player and will put her best effort for the success of the team.

I have known Herlisa, or Icha as her friends call her, since we shared the same class during our undergraduate study at the University of Indonesia back in 2005-2007. We also shared the same supervisor when we worked on our undergraduate thesis back then. While I have never had the pleasure of sharing the same workplace with her, I know some of her admirable characteristics that she prominently showed during our years as students. I always regard Icha as a determined, hard-working, yet kind and light-hearted person who brings a sense of excitement into her group of friends or colleagues.
