Larry and I worked together in the Operational Intelligence Unit at EPIC in the nineties. He and Art Doty were uncanny in their ability to pinpoint the main sources in the drug trade. Larry is a street-wise analyst who knows how the border works. They do not come any better.

Larry was and by all accounts continues to be an OUTSTANDING asset for DEA and the El Paso Intelligence Center. His expertise re: worldwide narcotic intelligence is second to none. His work ethic and loyalty to DEA and the US Govt. is solid.
