Monitoring and development of customer accounts: • Retain and develop existing customer accounts with the performance indicator: increase in turnover generated. • Identify and manage customer development projects: Build and supervise responses to calls for tenders, conduct client file defenses. Develop company networks: • Identify new contacts with customers and propose new development solutions in line with the market. • Ensure a regular follow-up of the needs expressed via the internal CRM of the company and respond to all commercial and / or technical requests from customers. Commercial negotiation:• Identify and analyze customer needs in order to propose development solutions in line with their strategy. • Ensure the implementation of orders in line with our common requirements. • Monitor the signing of administrative and contractual elements. • Engage the client in a long-term relationship by supporting him towards the signing of framework agreements. • Evaluate and seek to strengthen customer satisfaction: loyalty and sustainability of the commercial relationship.
