6 months internship within Matís in Reykjavík, Iceland. • Participation in the European project MaCuMBA (Marine Microorganisms: Cultivation Methods for Improving their Biotechnological Applications), which aims at exploring the marine microbiological diversity and its possible use in laboratory and industry, in vitro cultivation of various microorganisms in aerobe and anaerobe condition. • Responsible for the marine sampling during a 12 days long journey around Iceland aboard the Bjarni Sæmundsson, an Icelandic research vessel. • Participation in an Icelandic project aiming at the improvement of the aquafarming of abalones, identification of microorganisms living in the cultivation medium using the MALDI-TOF technology. __________________ Stage de 6 mois au sein de Matís à Reykjavík, Islande. • Travail en laboratoire dans le cadre du projet européen MaCuMBA d’exploration de la diversité microbiologique marine et des ses possibles applications, cultures et identification de souches bactériennes en conditions aérobies et anaérobies. • Responsable de l'échantillonage marin pour Matís lors d'une campagne de 12 jours sur le Bjarni Sæmundsson, navire de recherche islandais. • Participation à un projet islandais d'amélioration des conditions de cultures des abalones (ou oreilles de mer), identification des microorganismes dans le milieu de culture au moyen de la technologie MALDI-TOF.
