When representing the Seller we gather pertinent information required by the bank to support the short sale evaluation, We market the property for sale, and submit for acceptance to the seller all offers, including back-up offers. We submit the offer to the bank for their approval and follow the short sale process of the bank keeping all parties informed on the status of the short sale approval by the bank. On traditional listings for sale, we market the property using our 5 tiered marketing approach, a proven successfull plan for reaching the sellers goals in the timeframe they desire.
