Ky is a knowledgeable, well educated engineer who has high moral and professional standards as well as real world, hands on experience and proficiency. During the time we were working together, Ky impressed me with his quick up-take of information as well as his ability to share his knowledge without being condescending. Ky is a true team player as well as a great leader. His presence in work sessions is calming in addition to being productive. Ky is very quick to learn new disciplines and technologies, not just at the superficial level where many stop, just enough to look good in meetings, but studying until he truly understands the subject and eventually knows the entire depth to the level it takes to do the job right. To summarize, Ky is one of the least BS based people I have ever worked with. I would be honored to have the opportunity to work with him again.

Ky is an outstanding engineer with proven ability to succeed at the tough projects. Ky's knowledge and depth on a number of critical electrical engineer hardware AND software is as great or greater than any engineer I have come across. Ky is hardworking, dedicated and loyal. He holds himself and others to the highest of engineering standards. He multi-tasks and manages well both his own efforts and those of others.
