Then as the night goes on I make sure the guest experience is to the fullest potential and that they leave happy and always want to come back. Then at the end of the night I clean and pick up the front and back of the sushi bar and return my bank. Accomplishments The impact that I have as a Sushi Assesstent is to make sure that each and every one of my guest leave happer then they came and that they know that at my Sushi bar they are going to be taken care of past their expectations.
