  Commercial and Property Law Reviewed and prepared a file memorandum for a complex matter involving a commercial lease rent increase dispute which was successfully resolved as a result. Also prepared and drafted various commercial lease and sub-lease agreements for government departments and other corporate entities. Compiled a file memorandum for a complex property law matter which involved a lease option agreement that had been exercised and included a non-refundable deposit special condition, whereby the purchasers could not obtain finance due to the deposit being held in the vendors account. This matter was successfully resolved. Assisted in a matter, which required drafting an investment agreement to raise capital for an international company. This company further required a confidentiality agreement to protect an invention that they created which was to be patented. Prepared & lodged various documents & applications successfully with Landagate without any requisitions (e.g. Lost Certificate of Title applications, transmission applications, survivorship applications and other applications.) Attended to several residential and business settlements. Wills and Estates Tasked with engaging with various clients and obtaining their instructions for the purposes of drafting simple wills & testamentary trusts depending on the individual’s circumstances. Prepared and drafted these wills’ with the supervision of my principal. Assisted executor in preparing documentation to obtain a grant of probate in the Victorian Jurisdiction and in administering the deceased’s estate. Civil Litigation Attended to various successful minor case claims for different clients. Also drafted Letters of Demand, Offers of Compromise and other documents that are incidental to the litigation process. Family Law Successfully attended to several family law consent orders.
