  Brantigan served as Jeff Gordon's publicist from 2006- 2001 on behalf of DuPont. She quickly advanced to vice president, then president and partner of Performance PR Plus the company which she grew by cultivating new and existing clients over a span of 19 years. Brantigan crafted and led the execution of the 2012 "DuPont 20 Years," year-long publicity campaign which earned a North Carolina Motorsports Industry Award.   I interned with my Mother who was the promoter of Oswego Speedway when I was in high school, then when she remarried and went to Winchester Speedway, I worked there two seasons through college and interned at NASCAR one summer. I graduated from The University of Dayton in 1993 and went to work at Sandusky Speedway for one season before moving to Charlotte. I went to my first sponsorship meeting when I was 16 years old and have been promoting sponsors and events ever since!
